Release authorized payment

This endpoint allows for the full or partial release of an authorized payment. Multiple releases can be made up to the total authorized amount that has not yet been captured.

Any amount of an authorized payment that has been captured cannot be released.

The API supports idempotency for security in request retries, thus avoiding executing the same operation twice.
